Job Responsibilities · The Maintenance Supervisor is a 1st Shift, hourly position Pay depending on overall experience responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and upgrades of the facility while overseeing technicians’ activities and assignments. o Plans and monitors the timely completion of maintenance work orders o Maintains cost-effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs with quality improvement and cost reduction ideas o Maintains adequate inventories of spare parts and purchased materials, parts, and supplies as required · Reports to the Plant Manager while providing technical expertise regarding plant equipment and facilities · Contact and work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results · Troubleshoot and solve problems · Actively participates in the Vision Zero Safety Program of the company · Maintain a good working relationship with the entire management team and supervisory staff · Maintain good housekeeping practices Qualifications · Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. · Minimum 3 years of electrical and 5 years combined maintenance experience Industrial Multi craft individual Strong industrial electrical with fabrication and mechanical maintenance skills preferred. · Ability to understand electrical and mechanical aspects of a manufacturing environment as it relates to operations, costs, production, margins, capital projects and turnarounds. • Strong electrical troubleshooting and knowledge of electrical drawings and symbology., • Strong understanding and use of a electrical multimeter, • Strong knowledge of welding and metal fabrication, including reading blueprints., • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical systems and assemblies., • A critical thinker who finds solutions to problems and then implement those solutions., • Highly motivated person that can handle a high volume of work with accuracy in a fast-changing environment., • Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends as needed. · Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment • Opportunity for growth and development., • Health, Dental, and Vision plans., • Retirement Benefits – 401K., • Competitive Wages.
