Our staff works interdependently in collaborative teams and engages in professional inquiry (instructional coaching, reflection, restorative and trauma-informed practices). Compass enrolls approximately 330 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. THE OPPORTUNITY Compass Charter School is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing Intern to support the school’s marketing and enrollment initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education marketing, community engagement, and digital communications while contributing to the growth and visibility of a progressive elementary school. The Marketing Intern will work closely with school leadership to support projects related to student recruitment, digital marketing, storytelling, and community outreach. The intern will help highlight the work of Compass students, staff, and families while promoting the mission and values of the school. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate interested in marketing, communications, public relations, nonprofit work, or education.
