Company Description The Ginsburg Family Foundation is a private family foundation based in Orlando, Florida, committed to supporting impactful charitable work. We are looking for a trusted financial partner to help keep our operations running smoothly and our records audit-ready. Role Description We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day financial record keeping and support accurate reporting for the Foundation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, experienced with nonprofit or foundation accounting, and fully proficient in QuickBooks Online. This part-time role (15–20 hours per week) is based in our Orlando office and is responsible for maintaining clean books, tracking grants and expenses, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and helping ensure smooth financial operations across the Foundation. Key Responsibilities • Manage all bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online, • Record and categorize income, expenses, grants, donations, and transfers, • Reconcile credit card accounts monthly, • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts, • Process accounts payable, vendor payments, and reimbursements, • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with the budget, • Assist CPA or tax preparer with year-end reporting, audits, and tax filings (including 990-PF support if applicable), • Maintain digital filing system for invoices, receipts, and supporting records, • Monitor cash flow and alert management to unusual variances or issues, • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Foundation finances and activities Qualifications • Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (nonprofit/foundation experience preferred), • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, • Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting, • Understanding of grants, restricted funds, or charitable entities is a plus, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • High level of discretion and professionalism, • Excellent organizational and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cloud file systems Position Details • Part-time, 15–20 hours per week, • In-person at our Orlando, FL office, • Flexible weekday schedule, • Compensation: $35–$45 per hour, commensurate with experience
