This is a 100% remote position, giving you the flexibility to serve clients nationwide from the comfort of your own home. Whether you are an experienced preparer or a driven professional looking to build your career in taxes, A-List Tax Service provides training, support, and tools to help you succeed. What You’ll Do * Prepare individual and/or small business federal and state tax returns using our professional tax software. * Communicate with clients virtually (Zoom, phone, email, secure portal) to gather and review tax documents. * Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on deductions, credits, and compliance. * Follow IRS and company compliance procedures to protect sensitive client information. * Stay up to date on tax law changes with our provided training resources.
