What You’ll Do: As a Mental Health Counselor with Heart and Solutions, you will: • Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients., • Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans., • Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to support mental health and overall well-being., • Implement crisis intervention strategies and facilitate referrals for additional services as needed.
