Description: Client is looking for a Global Campaigns Manager to elevate our demand generation efforts. We need a hands-on leader who can strategically design and execute integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth on a global scale. You are the ideal candidate if you are passionate about building marketing programs from the ground up, translating market opportunities into actionable strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You have a deep understanding of the customer journey and a track record of creating impactful campaigns that resonate with a global audience. Your decisions are always backed by data, and you're relentless in your pursuit of optimizing ROI and improving performance. This role would report into our HQ in Palo Alto in a weekly hybrid cadence. What You'll Do: * Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and executionof a key global demand generation campaign, from awareness to conversion. You will utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet and exceed MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals. * Serve as the campaign quarterback,aligning and orchestrating a diverse cross-functional team across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to ensure seamless execution and a continuous feedback loop. * Consistently analyze and optimize campaign performanceby measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all activities on the demand funnel. You will use these insights to drive continuous improvement. * Develop and manage a global campaign calendar, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader business objectives and regional needs. * Mentor and guide a team,a player-coach with a roll-up your sleeves attitude Experience You'll Need: * 7 years of progressive demand generation experience,with at least3 years of integrated campaign experiencein an Enterprise B2B company, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud. * Demonstrated expertisein the full demand generation mix with a proven track record of driving significant lead and revenue growth through highly creative campaigns. * Strong analytical skillsand an unwavering focus on optimizing ROI. * Mastery of project managementand a meticulous attention to detail. * Outstanding communication and collaboration skillsto effectively lead and align diverse teams across different functions and regions. * Experience with marketing and CRM tech stacks,such as Salesforce, is essential. Excels in high-growth, dynamic settings, skillfully managing multiple projects and deadlines with a results-oriented mindset.
