Keystone is seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A regional dry van driver in Columbus, OH. This position involves longer-distance driving that may require multiple days on the road, typically within a specific region. The freight is NO TOUCH, and some store deliveries involve drop and hook operations. Compensation: • Weekly Avg:$1,400 to $1,500, • 60CPM, • Bonuses, • $2,500 sign on bonus, • Quarterly Safety bonuses, • Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus, • Driver Referral Bonus, • Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks • Great Health Benefits, • Health, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, • Retirement Plans, • Paid Holidays, • PTO Days, • Positive Work Environment, • Commitment to driver safety and success, • Paid Orientation Home Time, Route & Schedule • Home Time: Home weekly on weekends, • Sunday or Monday start, 10am start time, • OH to NJ, • No-Touch Freight Equipment • Dry Van, • Automatic Transmission Requirements • Must be at least 23 years of age, • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL), • Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience or equivalent military experience in th last 3 years, • Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred, • Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations, • Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications, • Current DOT physical certification, • Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations, • Strong safety awareness and ability to operate vehicles in a fast-paced environment, • Effective communication and teamwork skills, • High attention to detail with commitment to following safety procedures, • Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed, • Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities, • Must live within 35 miles of Columbus, OH Physical Demands: • Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles, controls, and equipment., • Heavy Lifting: Occasional lifting, carrying, and securing cargo, sometimes over 50 lbs., • Extended Sitting: Long periods of sitting while operating vehicles for multiple days., • Focus & Navigation: Continuous concentration on driving, navigation, and situational awareness., • Variable Hours: Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overnight trips., • Weather Exposure: Loading and unloading operations may occur in various weather conditions., • Climbing & Balancing: Entering/exiting truck cabs and trailers and securing cargo safely.
