What Youll Be Responsible For You will help lead the customer experience and performance of the shop by: • Greeting customers and setting the tone for a professional experience, • Answering calls and converting them into scheduled opportunities, • Performing proper fact-finding and building trust with customers, • Presenting digital inspection results clearly and confidently, • Turning recommended work into approved work through honest communication, • Managing workflow between customers, technicians, and management, • Writing accurate estimates and following up on pending work, • Keeping customers informed so nothing falls through the cracks, • Helping maintain a smooth, organized, and profitable daily operationThis role combines: Sales + Customer Experience + Operational Control How Youll Be Measured (and Paid Like It) This is a performance-based role, and top performers will earn accordingly. You will be measured on: • Revenue contribution, • Average Repair Order (ARO), • Estimate approval / close rate, • Phone-to-appointment conversion, • Organization, communication, and follow-upIf you know how to produce - you will be rewarded for it.
