Job DescriptionSales Accountability Partner / Insurance Sales Representative Location: Remote / Field-Based Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: Commission-Only or Base + Commission (Uncapped) Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing insurance sales professional to serve as a Sales Accountability Partner supporting newer insurance agents. This role is designed for a proven producer who leads from the front � actively selling while reinforcing discipline, ethical sales practices, and consistent execution across developing agents. This is a player-coach position, ideal for someone with strong production history who can hold others accountable through real activity metrics, field performance, and results � not theory. Key ResponsibilitiesInsurance Sales & Personal Production • Actively prospect, present, and close insurance policies (Life, Health, P&C, or supplemental lines as applicable), • Demonstrate strong needs analysis, product positioning, underwriting fundamentals, and closing skills, • Maintain strict adherence to licensing requirements, carrier guidelines, and compliance standards, • Consistently meet or exceed personal production, quality, and persistency benchmarksAccountability & Agent Support, • Serve as an accountability partner for novice and developing insurance agents, • Conduct structured daily and weekly check-ins focused on:, • Activity metrics (calls, appointments, leads worked, field activity), • Sales outcomes (applications submitted, policies issued, persistency), • Compliance accuracy and documentation, • Hold agents accountable to performance expectations, professional conduct, and ethical sales standards, • Provide direct, constructive feedback based on observable behavior and performance dataTraining & Development Reinforcement, • Support onboarding and ramp-up of newly licensed agents, • Reinforce approved sales processes, scripts, and objection handling, • Participate in role-plays, call reviews, and ride-alongs where applicable, • Identify skill gaps and coach agents to improve consistency, confidence, and close ratiosLeadership & Collaboration, • Communicate agent progress, challenges, and wins to sales leadership, • Support a compliant, performance-driven, growth-oriented sales culture, • Help identify high-potential agents for advancement opportunitiesRequired Qualifications, • Active insurance license (Life, Health, P&C, or applicable line of authority), • Minimum 3+ years of insurance sales experience, • Verifiable production history with strong close ratios and compliance consistency, • Proven ability to manage the full insurance sales cycle independently, • Strong communication skills with a direct, accountability-focused approach, • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and work ethicPreferred Qualifications, • B2B and/or door-to-door sales background, • Experience mentoring, training, or supporting entry-level insurance agents, • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, and carrier portals, • Player-coach mindset with the ability to balance personal production and team accountabilityWhat We Offer, • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential, • Opportunity to directly influence agent performance and sales culture, • Leadership development while remaining an active producer, • Performance-driven, ethical sales environment, • Long-term growth opportunities within the organization
