Job Description About Circular Services: Circular Services is a leading developer and operator of circular economy infrastructure and services and the largest private recycling company in the U.S. with operations across the country. About the Role: We are seeking an ERP Systems Administrator with strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This role will play a key part in end-to-end ERP implementations, working closely with teams across finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of Business Central, the ability to bridge business and technical needs, and experience supporting and optimizing related systems (e.g., CieTrade, AMCS’s SAI, PC Scales). This position will also support users through key Business Central modules, including Continia, Multi-Entity Management, AR, AP, Projects, and Fixed Assets. Benefits: • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, • Company-paid Life Insurance, • Flexible Spending Account (FSA), • 401k with company match, • Paid Parental Leave, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Tuition Reimbursement Program Responsibilities: • Administer, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple legal entities, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity, • Own ERP security and permissions, including creation and maintenance of custom permission sets, role-based access, and segregation of duties, • Manage ERP integrations between Business Central and third‑party systems (AP Automation, Scale Software's, Routing Software's) using APIs, web services, and middleware. Including initial requirement gathering and working with developer to create, test, and push to production., • Lead ERP migration and onboarding efforts including business process review, data conversion, configuration, training, user acceptance testing, user access, and go‑live support for new companies and acquisitions, • Design and maintain standardized financial and operational processes across entities, with a focus on AP, purchasing, payments, and reporting, • Oversee AP automation solutions (OCR, invoice capture, approval workflows, payment automation), including vendor evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization, • Serve as the primary technical liaison between Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors, translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, • Develop and maintain Power BI reporting and data models sourced from Business Central APIs and OData endpoints, • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP errors, data issues, and integration failures, providing root‑cause analysis and preventative recommendations, • Manage system upgrades, feature rollouts, and environment changes (Production, Sandbox), including testing and user communication, • Document ERP configurations, integrations, SOPs, and governance standards to support auditability and knowledge transfer, • Provide user training and support, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and best‑practice guidance, • Support executive and leadership teams with accurate, timely financial and operational data for decision‑making, • Continuously evaluate ERP capabilities and related tools to drive process improvement, automation, and scalability Minimum Job Qualifications: • 3-5 years of professional experience, • Greater than 3 years’ experience working in Microsoft Business Central, • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, logistics, and operations, • Experience supporting or integrating with related systems (e.g., CieTrade, AMCS, or similar line-of-business applications), • Contribute to developing and enhancing technology stacks across business entities., • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to resolve complex IT issues., • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing tasks in fast-paced settings., • Proven collaborator with experience in team-driven environments.
