Physical Demands The physical demands describe here are representative of those that must be met bay an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. • Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds, • Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively., • Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations, • Sufficient vision or other powers of observation with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits employees to investigate, • Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permit the employee to walk, climb, squat, sit, carry materials, and lift material., • Requires high school diploma or equivalent., • Minimum of two (2) years prior on large construction projects in a safety and/or supervision role within a heavy industrial setting., • Experience on large construction projects, scaffolding, piping., • Must possess a CSST certification and OSHA 510/511., • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and typing skills., • Must have basic Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Must possess a valid drivers license., • Work is primarily conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting.
