Trainer Responsibilities * Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group lacrosse lessons. * Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability. * Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations. * Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals. * Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs. * Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience. * Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions. * Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress. Three (3) years of Mortgage Processing experience. Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.
