We serve a diverse range of industries and are growing rapidly in the Southeastern U.S. Position Overview Tree Brand Packaging is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to cover Georgia, South Carolina and parts of Alabama and East Tennessee. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within the wood packaging, pallet, or crates industries. Experience selling to large corporations and understanding their supply chain needs is a significant advantage. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. Key Responsibilities • Work with the leadership and sales team to help develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Tree Brand Packaging's presence in the Southeast., • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics sectors., • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty., • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements, offer customized solutions, and define customer requirements to our design/cost team., • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery in line with customer expectations., • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets., • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management., • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings., • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pallet, crate, or broader wood packaging industry., • Knowledge of the Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama markets, with established connections in large corporations preferred., • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively., • Willingness to travel regularly within the designated territory., • Proficiency with excel or CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Reports to Vice President, • Competitive base salary plus commission., • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and 401(k) 4% match., • Opportunity to work with a supportive, growth-oriented team., • Potential for advancement as we continue to expand our market reach.
