\n Benefits:\n \n • Childcare Benefit\n, • Bonus based on performance\n, • Competitive salary\n, • Paid time off\n, • Wellness resources\n, • Employee discounts\n, • Free uniforms\n, • Opportunity for advancement\n \n Join us and grow your team, your families, and your little learners. \nAt The Learning Experience (TLE), we provide a platform for showcasing talent, sharing ideas, and advancing careers in early childhood education. \n\n As an Assistant Director at TLE, you will: \n\n Enrollment, sales, and engagement (priority) \n\n • Own the enrollment pipeline: lead follow-up, tours (in-person and virtual), waitlists, and conversion from inquiry to start.\n, • \nSell with integrity: confidently communicate value, tuition, schedules, and program fit; address objections and build trust.\n, • \nDelight families at every touchpoint—phone, email, text, and in-center—so retention and referrals stay strong.\n, • \nPlan and host community events and campaigns that raise awareness and drive enrollment.\n, • \nDevelop and nurture marketing partnerships (employers, pediatricians, schools, local businesses, community organizations) to generate qualified leads and co-branded opportunities.\n \n\n • Lead by example with passion for children, families, and your team.\n, • Support a high-performing team: sourcing, onboarding, training, coaching, and engagement.\n, • Guide implementation of our proprietary curriculum and engaging TLE characters for a fun, enriching experience.\n, • Help ensure the center environment meets health, safety, and licensing requirements.\n, • Support scheduling and ratios, labor aligned to budget, and day-to-day operational excellence.\n, • Communicate regularly with families on student progress and center updates.\n, • Support AR/AP, reporting, payroll, and business routines as directed by center leadership.\n \n\n • Bring strong experience in enrollment, sales, and/or customer engagement in childcare, education, hospitality, or a related service environment (required).\n, • Are comfortable hitting enrollment goals, managing a pipeline, and closing with warmth and professionalism.\n, • Have experience with community marketing, events, and/or partnership development (highly preferred).\n, • Have excellent written and verbal communication; you are energetic, organized, and a true “people person.”\n\n, • Have two or more years of leadership or assistant leadership in a center or comparable team (highly preferred), or at least one year of relevant leadership (required).\n, • Meet state-specific Administrative or Director credential requirements and any other state guidelines for the role.\n, • Hold a Bachelor's in ECE or a related field (highly preferred).\n, • Demonstrate solid knowledge of licensing rules and regulations.\n \n\n Apply today to help us build a thriving center where children and families flourish—and where your enrollment and partnership strengths make a visible difference every day.\n
