As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dependable and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant. Job Responsibilities 1. Greet and assist students and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner, 2. Answer phone calls, respond to text messages, and reply to emails regarding scheduling, packages, and general inquiries, 3. Book and confirm driving lessons, 5-hour pre-licensing courses, and road test appointments, 4. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate student records, 5. Perform data entry tasks (update schedules, student records, and account information accurately), 6. Coordinate instructor schedules and student appointments, 7. Keep the office organized and running smoothly, 8. Provide guidance to students on the DMV permit and licensing process (training provided), 9. Handle customer service issues with professionalism and clarity Requirements 1. Customer service experience required (1-3 years), 2. Data entry or office experience required (1-3 years), 3. Fluent in English (Cantonese, Spanish and Mandarin is a strong plus), 4. Excellent communication and people skills, 5. Proficient with basic computer and texting skills (Google Calendar, email, spreadsheets), 6. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment, 7.
