Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer services, • Greet customers and present menus, • Make suggestions based on their preferences, • Take and serve food/drinks orders., • Up-sell when appropriate, • Arrange table settings, • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times, • Deliver checks and collect payments, • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff, • Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Qualifications: • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment., • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff., • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised., • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system., • High school diploma., • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
