Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Employee discounts, • Health insurance, • mixing and serving drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff, • Clean bars, work areas, and tables., • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons., • Mix and pour drinks as well as take food orders, • Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment., • Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons., • Collect money for drinks served., • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol., • Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by employees manager.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skills and or ability required. • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, • Must be dependable, • At least one year previous bartender experience, • Knowledge of food and beverage products, proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage items., • Must be able to provide an excellent quest experience, • Must be able to work weekends and holidaysThe greatest key to our success is our people.
