Planet Wellness is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Coordinator to help lead the patient experience in our office. This is not just a receptionist role. This position is a key part of our team and plays a major role in helping patients feel welcomed, valued, cared for, and confident from their very first interaction with our office. We are looking for someone who is caring, energetic, thorough, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The right person will be a strong communicator, a team player, and someone who takes pride in creating a great experience for every patient who walks through our doors. At Planet Wellness, we take a unique and patient-centered approach to healthcare. Our office helps people improve their health and quality of life through natural care and advanced services. Because of that, the person at the front desk must do more than answer phones. They must help patients feel comfortable, informed, and appreciated while helping the office run smoothly and professionally. What You’ll Do • Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression, • Answer phones with confidence, professionalism, and a caring attitude, • Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized daily schedule, • Collect payments accurately and professionally, • Help create value for both current patients and new patients through excellent communication, • Explain services in a clear, friendly, confident way, • Answer questions and help guide patients through office procedures, • Support the doctors and team with daily office flow, • Help keep the front desk area organized, professional, and running smoothly, • Multitask throughout the day while maintaining a calm, positive attitude, • Occasionally assist on Saturdays with educational seminars presented by the doctors What We’re Looking For • Caring and personable, • Energetic and passionate, • Thorough and detail-oriented, • Reliable and dependable, • Strong communication skills, • Able to multitask well in a busy office, • Positive attitude and leadership mentality, • Team player who works well with others, • Comfortable discussing services and helping patients understand the value of care, • Able to take ownership, stay organized, and follow through Schedule • Monday through Thursday, • 7:30 AM until close, • Typical closing time is around 6:15 PM to 6:30 PM, • Includes a minimum 1-hour lunch break, with up to 1.5 hours depending on the day, • Occasional Saturdays to assist with educational seminars presented by the doctors Compensation • Starting at $17/hour, • Higher pay available depending on experience Benefits • Paid training, • PTO This Position Is a Great Fit for Someone Who: • Loves helping people and creating a great first impression, • Is confident speaking with patients throughout the day, • Enjoys being busy, productive, and involved, • Takes pride in reliability, professionalism, and follow-through, • Wants to be part of a purpose-driven healthcare office, • Understands that the front desk helps set the tone for the entire patient experience Please Do Not Apply If: • You are not dependable, • You struggle with communication, • You do not work well with others, • You prefer a slow-paced or low-interaction position, • You tend to move from job to job frequently, • You are not self-motivated, proactive, and engaged
