Job Description We are looking for woodworking shop mechanics to become a part of our team. Work occurs in our shop in Norfolk. You will be provided with your own work space and bench. However, we request that your standard tools to carry out day to day tasks are your own. We believe these include a tape measure and cordless drill at minimum. We reward those who show interest and aptitude in their assigned task. There is opportunity for advancement. Work hours are 7:00-4:30 Monday-Thursday. Friday hours are 7:00-11:00 during 40 hour work weeks for shop employees. During periods of overtime, work on Friday is 7:00-3:30. Saturday will be the same. This tends to be on a 2 week on OT, 1 week off OT basis if required. Responsibilities: • Creating custom millwork pieces based upon architectural and in house shop drawings, • Products can range from cabinetry, paneling, desks, planters, benches, or display cases, • Each job is custom.
