We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join a well-known beauty brand team. This role serves as the key liaison for assigned retail customer accounts (such as Walmart, Target, CVS, and ecommerce), overseeing orders from transmission through invoicing. The Customer Care Representative ensures high fulfillment rates and superior service by partnering closely with internal teams, warehouse staff, and external partners to deliver accurate, on-time shipments. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on schedule., • Review incoming orders for accuracy; correct discrepancies before processing in ERP systems., • Generate and distribute pick sheets, shipping labels, and related documentation according to customer requirements., • Coordinate with warehouse teams and packers to meet shipment deadlines, including support for direct shipments., • Communicate order status updates, potential delays, and issues with Customer Care leads, customers, and internal stakeholders., • Support and maintain a 95% Unit Fill Rate (UFR) target., • Monitor shorts on pick sheets, prepare required reports, and work with teams to minimize shortages., • Schedule and track carrier pickups in compliance with company and customer procedures., • Process and transmit invoices through EDI; troubleshoot and resolve invoice-related errors., • Handle credit memos, return authorizations, and resolve discrepancies., • Respond to customer and sales inquiries related to orders, shipments, and invoicing., • Address customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach., • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge., • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus., • 1–2 years of customer service or order management experience, preferably within a retail or shipping environment., • EDI system experience is a plus (Sage, TrueCommerce, Netstock preferred)., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook., • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment., • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude., • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and proactive work ethic. Location: Vernon, CA (on-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Rate: $21 per hour Temp-to-Perm
