Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing a combination of manual and automated tasks required for the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of products. This role supports the efficient flow of inventory from vendor receipt through final customer delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational procedures. Responsibilities • Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy., • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment., • Stage and transport products throughout the warehouse., • Load and unload materials., • Manage inventory storage and organization., • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)., • Maintain quality and safety standards., • Support internal and external customer fulfillment requirements., • Complete routine warehouse assignments accurately and efficiently.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in picking, inventory, packing, general labor, and packaging., • Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to follow instructions and document processes accurately., • Attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying discrepancies and resolving routine issues., • Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred., • Capability to learn warehouse systems and scanning technology., • Data entry and inventory tracking experience., • Dependable attendance and ability to work within established procedures., • Strong collaboration and customer service mindset.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and transporting products safely., • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience is preferred., • Experience using inventory management systems is advantageous., • Forklift certification or material handling experience, if applicable.Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
