Job DescriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-Time | Charleston, SC (West Ashley area) Flexible Schedule | 3 to 5 Hours per Month Pay: $50 per hour or higher based on experience We are seeking a confident and experienced BCBA to support adults living in community residential homes. This is a flexible, low-hour role ideal for a clinician who wants meaningful impact without a full-time commitment. You will work with small residential settings that support 2 to 4 adults in neighborhood homes with 24/7 staff. This position focuses on assessment, behavior planning, staff training, and quality oversight rather than direct daily supervision. What You Will Do • Conduct annual Functional Assessments, • Develop and update Behavior Support Plans, • Create antecedent, teaching, consequence, and crisis strategies, • Design data collection methods and documentation tools, • Provide training to direct support staff using modeling, rehearsal, and feedback, • Complete fidelity checks at least quarterly, • Monitor progress monthly and produce data-based summary reports, • Modify plans when progress is limited or needs change, • Participate in multidisciplinary medication and treatment reviews What You Bring • Active BCBA certification (required), • Experience supporting individuals with traumatic brain injury, intellectual disability, or autism spectrum disorder, • Experience working with adults preferred, • Ability to work independently and provide clinical leadership without close supervision, • Strong training and coaching skills for frontline staff Schedule and Work Style • Flexible scheduling based on client availability (must occur when clients are awake), • Approximately 3 to 5 hours per month, • Virtual onboarding and training available Why This Role Stands Out This is a great opportunity if you want to: • Work with adults instead of children, • Maintain a flexible, low-hour schedule, • Make a direct impact on quality of care and staff skill development, • Collaborate with a supportive residential team that knows the individuals well If you are a self-sufficient BCBA who enjoys consultative work and values flexibility, we encourage you to apply.
