Job Description Job Title: Asset Management Clerk Location: Denver, CO Job Type: Full Time Reports To: Asset Manager Pay Range: $20.00/hr-$25.00/hr Job Overview: An Asset management clerk is responsible for receiving and processing vendor invoices, creating and receiving PO’s for vendor invoices and adding parts to the related work order (s). Entering work details and scanning in outside vendor repair invoices to work orders. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with mechanics/vendors to acquire the necessary information for accurate work order input., • Collect all the necessary backup required to attach to invoices being submitted., • Assist as needed with asset management clerical work., • Enter Purchase Order information into D365 attaching all necessary backup., • File, maintain, and distribute complete invoices and PO as needed., • Managing asset folders and binders with up to date information., • Other duties, as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications: • 1-2 years accounting experience / clerical experience, • Self-motivated / able to switch tasks as needed, • Self-directed / able to work independently / work with senior staff., • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word, • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), grammar, and reasoning skills., • Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, tracking, and all other information needed. · High School Diploma or equivalent. · 2 Years previous experience preferred Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with co-workers. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
