Available OpportunitiesIn-Home Childcare Provide personalized care for families in their homes, supporting routines, meals, play, and daily needs. Childcare Center Support Assist partnered childcare centers with classroom flow, activities, and age-appropriate learning experiences. Event & B2B Childcare Represent Jovie at corporate events, weddings, church functions, and business childcare programs—creating safe, engaging spaces for children while parents attend commitments. Professional Sitter Team Serve as trusted backup care for families needing reliable support for last-minute needs, ongoing care, or flexible scheduling solutions. What You’ll Do • Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years, • Lead crafts, activities, and play-based learning, • Support routines, meals, and daily care needs, • Adapt quickly to different homes, centers, and event environments, • Build positive relationships with children, families, and clients, • Maintain professionalism and clear communication during every shiftSchedule OptionsFull-Time Opportunities, • Monday–Friday availability, • Typical hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, • Guaranteed hours available in select placements, • Some roles may include one weekend day availabilityPart-Time & Flexible Roles, • Minimum 4-hour shifts, • Daytime, before-school, after-school, date nights, and event shifts, • Opportunities for temporary, long-term, and on-call assignmentsCompensation & BenefitsPay Based on experience, availability, flexibility, and willingness to travel. Openings vary based on current staffing needs.
