We are building a high-performance team—and this role is critical. About The Role The Studio Coordinator / Front of House is the heartbeat of the studio. You are the first impression, the final touchpoint, and a key revenue driver. This role blends elevated hospitality, operational precision, and confident, ethical sales. What You’ll Do Own the Client Experience • Greet every client with warmth, confidence, and polish, • Create a seamless flow from arrival to departure, • Confidently recommend services, packages, upgrades, and retail products, • Ensure every client understands their options and next best step, • Encourage and secure same-day rebooking, • Follow up via text, phone, and email to support consistency and results, • Manage booking, rescheduling, and confirmations using MindBody POS, • Process payments accurately and efficiently, • Support inventory tracking and retail presentation, • Maintain deep knowledge of services, pricing, promotions, and policies, • Communicate clearly and professionally across all channels, • Handle client questions or concerns with grace and solution-focused thinking, • Energizing Presence: Fresh, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the wellness and beauty space., • Sales Confidence: You’re comfortable recommending services, packages, and retail — and closing the sale., • Client-Obsessed: Deliver a consistently elevated client experience with warmth, care, and detail., • Reliable and Accountable: You show up, follow through, and own your role like a pro., • Trainable and Adaptable: Coachable attitude, quick learner, able to adjust in a dynamic environment., • Tech-Savvy: Confident using Apple products; MindBody POS experience is a major plus., • Team-First Mentality: You collaborate, support, and elevate your team every day., • Sales-confident and service-oriented: You enjoy recommending solutions, closing the loop, and helping clients commit—without being pushy., • Detail-obsessed and reliable: You follow through, show up prepared, and take pride in getting things right., • Client-first, always: You naturally elevate experiences and make people feel taken care of., • Polished communicator: In person, over text, email, or phone—you represent the studio with professionalism and warmth., • Coachability matters: You’re open to feedback, quick to learn, and motivated to grow., • Tech comfortable: Apple products and booking software feel intuitive. MindBody experience is a strong plus. Sales are about: • Listening well, • Understanding what a client wants and needs, • Clearly recommending the next best step If you avoid conversations about money, hesitate to ask for the rebook, or hope “great service sells itself,” this role will feel uncomfortable. We train, coach, and support sales skills—but comfort with asking matters. What Success Looks Like in This Role • Clients rebook because you made the path obvious, • Packages are sold because you explained value clearly, • Retail moves because you connected products to results, • Follow-ups happen because consistency matters, • Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred, • Hospitality, wellness, beauty, or retail background is a plus, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to commute reliably to Denver RiNo (80205), • $20/hour base pay + performance-based sales incentives easily generate $25+/hr, • Retail discounts and access to services, • Ongoing training and professional development, • Clear pathways for growth within a national brand, • Expected Hours: 25-30 hours per week, • Shifts: 4–9 hours, flexible days, weekend availability required This is an exclusive opportunity. • Step 1: Submit your resume and a 1-2 minute video introducing yourself (see below), • Step 2: Selected applicants will be invited to a Zoom interview.
