What We Offer: Compensation This position has an hourly pay rate of $19.25 and is eligible for performance bonuses. The compensation listed represents the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of our Total Compensation package. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law., • The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard. Nice to Haves – Preferred Qualifications and Skills • Associates degree or higher., • Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations. What You’ll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:, • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards., • Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports., • Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue., • Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits., • Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses., • Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties., • Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees., • Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance., • Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism., • Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.
