We are currently looking for our: Shopping Center Marketing and Communication Manager - (F/M/NB) Permanent Contract - Barcelona 🚩 What will your day-to-day life be like? Our teams, based in the Shopping Centers (SC), take a proactive approach to promoting the attractiveness, development and performance of their sites. Reporting to the SC Manager and based on site, your main missions are as follows: • In consultation with the SC Manager, and with the support of the head office Marketing Department, draw up the annual marketing action plan for the center., • Implement the annual marketing action plan for the center:, • Design, manage and implement the center's marketing policy (differentiating events and communications), with a view to ensuring overall consistency with the Group's marketing policy, • Boost the shopping center's digital marketing and communications by implementing digital strategies and stepping up the site's influence on digital media (websites, apps, interactive directories, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), • Manage the Centre's communications policy in conjunction with the communications agency, adapting the Centre's image, hospitality and services policy, developing press relations and seeking sponsorship. ..., • Coordinate the implementation of event operations, ensuring compliance with specifications defined upstream., • Contribute actively to the development of the center's positioning, • Bring the Group's Westfield Brand positioning to life, implement it and communicate it to customers., • Manage the center's loyalty program and create tools to monitor customer satisfaction, in conjunction with the Head Office Marketing Department., • Act as a key contact and rallying force for shopkeepers on a day-to-day basis, notably through the GIE or the Shopkeepers' Association. Must Have: • You have a higher education in a top University or Business School, with a specialization in marketing and/or communication., • You have at least 1 year's initial experience, including internships and apprenticeships, ideally gained in a retail company, in operational marketing or event communications, • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in English, • You are familiar with IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and are at ease with reporting tools., • You are curious, rigorous and able to propose innovative and creative action plans., • Passionate about new technologies and their application to services and retail, you have a strong taste for the field, outstanding service, teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills., • You are always ready to make proposals and convince your internal and external contacts., • You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. ♦️ What matters to us What counts for us is welcoming committed and passionate personalities, able to instil positive energy around them and ready to grow within a large international group.
