Our clients are international B2B companies in sectors like logistics, industrial software, and professional services. The Role This is a hands-on, high-impact position with full ownership of client projects from day one. You will work directly with clients across Revenue Ops as a Service line— from CRM design and automation to outbound ops, funnel analytics, and process documentation. You'll work closely with the Director of RevOps and, depending on the project, directly with client stakeholders. We move quickly, we learn constantly, and we expect our people to grow with us. What You'll Do • Lead the ROaaS vertical: work with executive team and define playbook, client strategy & roadmap., • Take ownership of RevOps-as-a-Service client engagements: define revenue strategy, map current processes, and identify where the gaps are., • Design and implement process improvements across the full commercial stack — lead management, pipeline visibility, handoffs, reporting., • Analysis to understand commercial opportunities, • Configure and maintain CRM setups (HubSpot primarily): pipelines, properties, workflows, and dashboards., • Manage integrations across the GTM stack: CRM, outreach tools, enrichment platforms, calendar tools, and BI., • Build automations & tech improvements that reduce manual work without losing quality or personalisation (Make, N8N, AI Agents..), • Build playbooks, SOPs, and onboarding materials that help clients and SDRs operate consistently without needing to reinvent the wheel every week., • Manage 1-2 junior / intern consultants. What We're Looking For We are open on background — what matters is that you have operated in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and can hit the ground running. • 5+ years of professional experience in fast-paced B2B environments — consulting, SaaS., • 3 years in a dedicated RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations role., • Hands-on and autonomous: you take ownership, figure things out, and don't wait to be told what to do next., • High professional ambition and willingness to go the extra mile when it matters — you care about the quality of your work and the results it produces., • Clear communicator in both English and Spanish: you can run a client meeting, write a crisp deck, and explain a complex idea simply., • Familiarity with prospecting and automation tools is a plus (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Make/Zapier) — but not a hard requirement.
