Principales responsabilidades: • Gestión de agenda, reuniones, viajes y correspondencia, • Ejecución de tareas personales y profesionales del director, • Organización de procesos y seguimiento de tareas y plazos, • Trabajo con documentos, tablas y bases de datos, • Comunicación y coordinación con proveedores, servicios y socios, • Selección de personal: búsqueda de candidatos, preselección y coordinación Área inmobiliaria: • Supervisión de apartamentos turísticos (Airbnb / Booking): huéspedes, limpiezas y control de pagos, • Gestión de alquileres de larga estancia: anuncios, visitas, contratos e inquilinos, • Control de gastos, reparaciones y estado general de los inmuebles, • Es importante destacar que buscamos no solo una persona ejecutora, sino alguien que piense de forma proactiva, proponga soluciones y asuma responsabilidad por los resultados. Requisitos: • Imprescindible nivel ruso nativo o profesional, • Español nivel B2 o superior, • Inglés nivel intermedio o superior, • Experiencia en puestos administrativos (valorable), • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y servicios online, • Capacidad de organización, comunicación y multitarea, • Autonomía en la toma de decisiones, • Conocimientos básicos de finanzas (valorable) Cualidades personales: Responsabilidad, iniciativa, resistencia al estrés, disciplina y confidencialidad.
