The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identification to closing. We need a professional who understands that sales is about momentum. You will take what is on the table, execute the strategy, and drive revenue growth without hesitation. Account Development & Prospecting • Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch (no waiting for inbound)., • Strategic Planning: Develop account plans to penetrate institutional and enterprise sectors. 2. Sales Cycle Management • Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the journey from lead generation to final negotiation and closing., • Technical Synergy: Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to define solutions while maintaining commercial control., • HubSpot Discipline: Keep the CRM updated with surgical precision for accurate revenue forecasting. 3. Account Management & Revenue • Grow the Base: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key long-term accounts., • Hit the Numbers: Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets., • Predictability: Provide monthly and quarterly accurate revenue forecasting. It’s Important to Us That You Have: • Execution Mindset: Hungry, resilient, and ready to drive results in a high-pressure environment without over-complicating the mission., • Coachability: An adaptable mindset, ready to execute a proven sales process and hit the ground running., • Technical Fluency: Ability to quickly grasp and sell complex infrastructure (Security, Networking, or Deep Tech)., • Relentless Follow-up: Obsessively organized. You don't let leads go cold—you move them to the finish line Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Technical background is a plus)., • Strong negotiation and closing skills—you know how to push a deal across the finish line., • Experience managing enterprise or institutional clients., • Fluency in English (additional major languages are a plus)., • CRM proficiency, • Familiarity with Challenger or Triangle sales methodologies.
