As part of Mirakl Connect, we want to simplify the lives of the Sellers in their daily activities, by offering them a Central Hub to develop their business and handle their operational activities (Catalog, Orders, Customer Messaging...), whilst leveraging the latest technological breakthrough in the AI space. To further develop this product, we are looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for designing & building the product, driving its adoption and its success. This job is based in France, fluency in French is required Our stack and tools ProductBoard, Jira, Figma, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, Zendesk, Google Analytics, Tableau On a daily basis, you will: * • Design new features and evolutions of Mirakl Connect, • Manage, maintain and prioritize the functional backlog for a development squad of developers, • Ensure that the squad is working efficiently on the highest priority topics without spreading themselves too thin and delivering value incrementally, • Perform and maintain market and product analysis, • Collaborate with the Data Science team to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the product where relevant, • Work closely with all Mirakl stakeholders (Sales, Support, Customer Success...) to ensure that you and the squad are driving the company's short, medium and long term goals, • Collaborate with the Product Design team to design new features or enhance existing ones in the most efficient and simple way possible, • Collaborate with the engineering manager to evaluate the technical impacts of the backlog stories, • Collaborate with developers, quality analysts and technical writers throughout the life cycle of each user story, • Maintain/be aware of the impact of the stories on the user experience, • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B ecommerce (you will like it even more if you have this experience on feed management or multichannel management systems), • You are passionate about e-commerce and AI, • You are familiar with Seller management, • You are familiar with an agile development method (SCRUM, Kanban...), • You have demonstrated your communication and interpersonal skills, • You know how to make decisions and assume ownership of your ideas and backup your arguments with facts and analysis rather than assumptions, • you are organized and attentive to details, • you know good UX/UI practices and are able to justify and enforce them, • You are comfortable with data analysis (database, BI tools...), • You have already specified integrations via batch and API We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to help streamline our hiring process, including screening applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses.
