Position Overview: Brand: EviDenS de Beauté Contract: Fixed-term contract – Maternity leave replacement Location: Paris The Global Digital Manager is the guardian of EviDenS de Beauté’s international digital strategy. He/She oversees all digital levers (e-commerce website, CRM, acquisition – organic & paid, content, data, innovation, etc.) to drive brand awareness, desirability and revenue, while preserving the ultra-premium DNA of the brand. Main Responsibilities: 1. Global Digital Vision & Strategy • Define EviDenS de Beauté’s global digital vision, aligned with the brand’s ambitions (business, image, customer experience)., • Lead the global digital roadmap: e-commerce, CRM, acquisition, content, data, etc., • Set clear objectives for each lever (acquisition, conversion, loyalty, retention, etc.)., • Steer and monitor commercial performance. 2. E-commerce & Omnichannel Customer Experience • Deploy the e-commerce strategy in line with the brand’s overall strategy., • Oversee the strategy for selected marketplaces and premium digital partners., • Ensure a consistent and seamless online brand experience., • Foster an omnichannel approach: synergies between digital, boutiques, spas, counters and retail partners (online/offline CRM)., • Build and manage the digital commercial calendar: product launches, key brand moments, special operations, exclusive offers, etc. 3. CRM, Loyalty & Customer Data • Define the global CRM strategy: segmentation, journeys, triggers, automation, loyalty and relationship programs., • Design and roll out a premium customer relationship journey., • Oversee the collection and exploitation of customer data (first-party data, purchase behavior, digital engagement)., • Implement global customer dashboards: LTV, purchase frequency, customer profiles by region, purchase mix, entry channels., • Coordinate global CRM and e-mail campaigns (templates, scenarios, guidelines). 4. Brand Content, Social Media & Influence • Define the global digital content strategy: brand content, skincare editorial, expertise storytelling, etc., • Oversee the international paid social media strategy., • Lead influence / KOL campaigns., • Guarantee consistent brand image across all content: tone of voice, visuals, motion, video, premium universe., • Develop innovative formats: digital masterclasses, live shopping, expert video content, filmed rituals, collaborations with facialists / experts., • Ensure 360° coherence between image, content, offers and performance across all digital touchpoints. 5. Digital Media & Acquisition • Define the global digital media strategy: paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, affiliation, digital partnerships., • Ensure alignment between media campaigns, the digital commercial calendar and product launches. 6. Data, Performance & Steering • Champion and foster a data-driven culture within the EviDenS de Beauté digital ecosystem., • Oversee reporting on the global KPI framework across all levers (Awareness, Engagement, Conversion, Loyalty). Qualifications: • Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Digital or equivalent)., • 8–10 years’ experience in digital, ideally within beauty, luxury or a premium international environment (skincare, fragrance, fashion, spa, lifestyle)., • International experience: market management, multi-country or multi-region coordination., • Strong command of e-commerce KPIs, commercial animation tactics and customer journey optimization., • Comfortable with e-commerce and analytics tools., • Excellent cross-functional coordination, project management and prioritization skills., • Proven experience in team management., • Agile, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
