This is a proactive role which ensures consistency in legal practices, fosters collaboration among local legal teams, and strengthens the Group’s global legal footprint in an evolving regulatory environment. You will be responsible for driving legal excellence through community engagement, process innovation, and legal tech deployment. You will work closely with country legal teams, corporate functions, other General Secretary departments (such as Ethics & Compliance, Data Protection, Public Affairs & Sustainability), and external advisors to align practices, share knowledge, and support key transformation projects. This role is a unique opportunity to further shape and elevate the Legal function on a global scale contributing to the Group’s strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities: • Support and advise Pluxee countries in managing their legal risks and processes, support on strategic and/or sensitive matters, identify opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation, particularly in the context of a listed Group with increased reporting obligations and periodic financial disclosures., • Deliver legal and strategic advice to local and regional leadership teams across various business areas, support transversal initiatives (such as multicountry clients tenders and/or partnerships)., • Ensure efficient and cost-optimized use of external law firms., • Promote legal risk awareness and contribute to a culture of integrity, compliance and ethical business conduct across the Group., • Coordinate and animate the global legal community, (there is currently a local legal function in 21 out of the 29 countries) fostering collaboration, knowledge, best-practices sharing, and alignment across all geographies., • Develop legal standards, guidelines, policies and templates to ensure consistency and compliance across jurisdictions., • Organize regular legal webinars/seminars, workshops, develop and implement dedicated sharepoint/ intranet., • Lead the global deployment and adoption of legal tech tools ensuring successful onboarding, change management, and continuous improvement; co-lead the design, pilot, and global rollout of a Contract Lifecycle Management solution., • Work hand in hand with the Operations & Transformation Director from the General Secretary Dpt to serve as a key liaison between legal, IT and other stakeholders to drive digital tool integration. 🌟 You’re a match: • Qualified legal professional, with broad legal and business skills gained in a complex, fast-moving, international environment, with substantial in-house experience in driving legal teams/operations, transformation projects across multiple jurisdictions (15+ years)., • Used to dealing with multi-cultural environment, proven ability to work transversally and influence without direct authority., • Structured, curious, proactive, highly collaborative with strong project management and coordination abilities., • Hands-on knowledge of legal tech tools and change management approaches., • Excellent cross-cultural communication, interpersonal and leadership skills (English fluency required, Spanish is a plus)., • Flexibility to travel as appropriate. 🏅 Your team • General Secretary – Group Legal department., • Reporting to: VP Head of Global Legal Affairs & Board Secretary. 📍 Your Location • Issy-les-Moulineaux (France) ☀️ Happy at work • A meaningful job: Be the change!
