While we have a remote-first mindset, for this role we are looking for someone who can be present in our Paris office on a weekly basis to work closely with the marketing team. Your Role As an Events & Marketing Apprentice, you'll be a true all-rounder on a lean, high-impact marketing team. • ~60% of your time on events — organizing trade shows, industry events, partner events, and company-hosted sessions in France and abroad., • ~40% supporting the wider marketing team — content, social media, campaigns, and lead generation activities. You will work closely with the VP Marketing, Content & Communications Director, and the wider marketing team to help build our brand, grow our audience, and drive pipeline. Key responsibilities Events (60%) • Organize and support in-person events, trade shows, and industry gatherings (logistics, registration, booth coordination, attendee experience, follow-up)., • Attend events in France and internationally (travel required 1-2 times per year)., • Assist with online events (webinars) and virtual sessions — setup, promotion, hosting support, and follow-up., • Research and identify new event opportunities, partners, and formats., • Track and analyze event performance and ROI in dashboards. All-around marketing (40%) • Content & social media: support content creation across formats (LinkedIn posts, short-form video captions, blog snippets, customer stories). Help schedule and publish across our social channels., • Campaigns & lead generation: support the delivery of email campaigns, nurture flows, landing pages, and website updates., • Marketing operations: assist with CRM hygiene, lead imports, list segmentation, and basic reporting., • Cross-functional support: collaborate with sales, product marketing, and creative teams on launches, enablement, and campaign assets., • Monitor trends and competitor activity in B2B SaaS, media tech, events, and content. Your profile • Currently enrolled in a Master's/Bachelor's program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar), looking for a 1–2 year apprenticeship ("alternance")., • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus., • Based in the Paris area and able to work from the Boulogne office on a weekly basis., • Willing and able to travel within France and internationally for events., • Demonstrated autonomy, curiosity, and creativity — you take ownership and run with it., • Strong copywriting skills and a genuine interest in content creation and social media., • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once., • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, marketing automation, social schedulers)., • First experience in event management, marketing, content, or project coordination (internships, student jobs, or personal projects)., • Experience with marketing tools is a plus (Webflow, HubSpot, Salesforce, La Growth Machine, social media schedulers, Canva/Figma) as well as collaboration tools (Slack, Notion).
