manteca is looking for a service-focused sommelier to work with the head-of-wine and the wine team, helping to run the wine offering within the restaurant. You will be knowledgeable about wine, with an understanding of both classic and low-intervention wines from Europe and new world wine-producing regions. The role requires someone who has proven experience working within a fast-paced, busy restaurant and who thrives on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
