We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team! What we are looking for: Experience: At least 1 year working as a BARISTA with a passion for good coffee and amazing customer service. Availability: This is a FULL TIME position. Shifts on a rota basis Monday - Sunday with shift times between 7.30 - 16.00. Saturday Role only Working for Luciano's you will be in charge of the store on a Saturday. Successfully manage day operations of a coffee shop, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated strong leadership skills by effectively delegating tasks, managing schedules, and fostering a positive work environment. Implemented efficient systems for inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability. Maintained a welcoming atmosphere by curating an aesthetically pleasing ambiance and ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards. Developed and implemented creative marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness. Proactively resolved customer concerns and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Actively engaged with customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized service to enhance their experience. Stayed updated with industry trends and incorporated innovative ideas to continually enhance the coffee shop offerings.
