Reports to: Event Manager Location: Hammersmith, London (hybrid working) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, including London weighting (depending on experience) The Company: Outsourced Events is a multi-award-winning event and marketing agency, delivering bespoke, end-to-end solutions for global clients across the technology and professional services sectors. The Opportunity:We are seeking a proactive, detail-orientated Senior Event Executive to join our growing team. Supporting one of our experienced Event Managers, you will play a key role across a diverse programme of global events, with plenty of opportunities for on-site delivery and international travel. Outsourced Events is a fast-paced, vibrant and supportive environment where you’ll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the success of our clients’ events. You will support the Event Manager in the smooth and efficient delivery of our portfolio of events, taking ownership of operational elements and ensuring exceptional service throughout. Key responsibilities include: • Leading the full operational delivery of tradeshows and dinners, and contributing to conferences and exhibitions from concept through to on-site execution., • Managing all operational event elements, including venue research and liaison, AV coordination, branding implementation, F&B planning, ambassador scheduling, registration and post-event reporting., • Sourcing, negotiating with and managing suppliers across the UK and EMEA, including branding, merchandise, gifting, AV and print providers., • Overseeing inventory, logistics and fulfilment, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock and coordinating shipments with UK/EU warehouses and event organisers., • Ensuring accurate stock reporting for internal teams and clients., • Supporting budget development, tracking supplier costs and maintaining financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle., • Driving project progress through effective communication and keeping the wider team informed at every stage., • Delivering an exceptional onsite experience for all attendees by being an enthusiastic team member, where nothing is too much trouble. The Person:We are looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. This role is ideal for an existing Senior Event Executive, or an Event Executive / Account Executive / Event Assistant ready to take the next step. We also welcome applications from venue or hospitality professionals seeking to transition into agency-side event delivery. Essential qualities and experience: • Proven experience delivering live events, ideally involving operational delivery, supplier coordination and on-site support., • Strong face-to-face communication skills and a client-focused mindset., • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, project-orientated approach., • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously., • Comfortable working under pressure and taking responsibility for deliverables., • Highly organised with strong time-management skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint., • Ability to present information clearly, logically and in line with brand standards., • A dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and desire to learn., • Excellent command of written and spoken English., • Willingness to travel overseas for site visits and event delivery., • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required. Desirable: • Fluency in an additional language would be an advantage, especially languages spoken across Europe or the Middle East.
