The Role: We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to support the development, lifecycle management, and market execution of products across the UK and European markets. This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundations in product management, enjoys working cross‑functionally, and is looking to grow into a more strategic leadership role within a global product organisation. You’ll work closely with senior product leaders, global R&D teams, sales, and marketing to help bring high‑quality professional tools to market. Key Responsibilities: What you’ll do: Product & Market Execution • Support the execution of product strategies for the EUK market using market, customer and competitor insights, • Assist in managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, optimisation and discontinuation, • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions, • Work closely with global R&D, design and sourcing teams to support product development projects, • Contribute to product briefs, specifications and development documentation, • Track project timelines, milestones and risks to support on‑time delivery, • Support successful product launches by coordinating with sales, marketing and operations teams, • Assist with go‑to‑market planning including pricing, packaging and promotional inputs, • Help prepare sales tools, product training materials and launch communications, • Contribute to business cases for new products, range extensions and refreshes, • Track product performance, margins and key KPIs post‑launch, • Engage with distributors, sales teams and end users to gather product feedback, • Participate in trade shows, customer visits and industry events across the EUK region, • Support ensuring products meet UK/EU regulatory, safety and quality standards prior to launch, • Assist with issue resolution relating to quality, compliance, or performance where required What we’re looking for: • 3+ years’ experience in product management or a closely related role, • Experience within tools, hardware, or durable consumer goods preferred, • Exposure to managing products through at least part of the product lifecycle, • Understanding of UK and European markets and distribution models, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights, • Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills, • Technical curiosity and the ability to translate product features into customer benefits, • Clear, confident communicator with good presentation skills, • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (MBA preferred) What’s in it for you? • The opportunity to be part of a growing, ambitious global brand, • The chance to grow and develop within the business, • 23 days holiday + birthday + volunteer leave, • Flexible hybrid working (3-4 days in the office), • Company pension scheme, • A vibrant, supportive team culture We live by three attributes: Humble, Hungry, People Smart.
