We are Beachy Beans! A new independent espresso room with a bright and artistic aesthetic; inspired by Brazil and Australia! We are located in 155 St John's Hill at Clapham Junction! We are looking for a couple of FULLY TRAINED baristas to work part time and full time hours with an immediate start. Shifts will consist of weekday and weekend shifts; our opening hours are 7am - 4pm. Your starting hourly rate will be £13.00 p/h, subject to your experience! You absolutely MUST have at least 2 years of fully trained barista working experience, in busy and fast paced environments, while able to consistently create top quality coffees. You must have a full understanding of coffee dialling i.e. coarse/fine calibration for optimal coffee extraction. You must have a full understanding of the different milk textures and basic LATTE ART experience at the very least. Also someone who is familiar with till operation and engaging with clients.
