About The Role Our Guinness packaging facilities in Runcorn produces canned, bottled and kegged product for Ireland, UK and export markets. There are 100+ SKUs with 16 different Beer/Liquid types covering producing on average 24 million cases of product per annum servicing 51 markets. This is a really interesting role, in my opinion: it’s a very self-directed one where you’ll operate outside of the usual ticket-based Agile system to go off and solve problems all day! You see a part of the product that is lagging behind others? Make it go faster. You spot a nasty security risk? Make it safer. You identify an issue with spikes in traffic? Make it smoother. Reporting To Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Business Partnering • Develop a strong understanding of the ZBB Costs of the site, supporting the Finance Business Partner with detailed analysis to provide guidance to the Operations Team and Functional Leads of the site., • Manage site process to cost raw and packaging materials used to manufacture at Kitt Green., • Act as gatekeeper for changes to material master data and master recipes., • Coordinate product status reviews in preparation for AOP., • Prepare and review site ZBB costs for area of responsibility., • Review actual postings, post corrections and provisions to meet month end close deadlines., • Manage internal recharge of costs and consumables., • Conduct ad-hoc analysis of ZBB variances to Latest Estimate and AOP by package.
