The Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day operations of the home in line with Ofsted regulations Maintain and build upon a Good rating, with a clear pathway to Outstanding Provide strong, values-led leadership to an established staff team Embed trauma-informed, therapeutic practice throughout the home Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and quality assurance Work collaboratively with senior leadership and external professionals Champion positive outcomes for young people with EBD The Ideal Candidate We’re keen to speak with candidates who have: Proven experience managing a children’s residential home A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes A therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to care Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £60,000 – £70,000 Established, well-run service with strong internal support Clear progression opportunities as the organisation grows Ongoing professional development and CPD Opportunity to make a genuine, lasting difference in young people’s lives
