Were now looking for a passionate and commercially focused individual to become a category expert within male & female grooming growing sales, improving availability, educating store teams and delivering irresistible execution in store. Territory Covered: DUNDEE ( AB10, AB12, AB22, AB24, AB25, AB32, AB51, DD2, DD3, DD4, DD8, DD10, DD11, KY1, KY2, KY7, KY8, KY11, KY12, KY16, PH1, PH) As part of our Perfect Store Team , youll be the face of Gillette within your stores, driving performance across your territory by: • Executing the male & female grooming categorystrategy to the highest standard., • Influencing availability through a consultative, collaborative approach with in-store teams., • Ensuring robust back-of-house processes, product protection and system compliance., • Improving inventory accuracy through regular stock takes and root-cause analysis., • Ensuring grooming fixtures are fully compliant to planograms, including SELs, facings and capacities., • Acting as the key point of contact for Gillette, building strong, long-term store relationships., • Conducting business reviews with store managers to drive store and regional growth., • Using the Field View sales app to analyse performance, identify opportunity and create actionable plans., • Sharing category insights, trends and data where approved to drive engagement and results., • Delivering high-quality training to store colleagues on new products, initiatives and category knowledge., • Excellent organisation and communication skills., • Strong relationship-building ability and a consultative mindset., • Experience combining negotiation skills with category development to grow sales., • Knowledge of grocery and high-street retail environments., • Understanding of category management., • A self-motivated, resilient individual who thrives on achieving results., • 28,000 salary, • Up to 15% performance-related bonus, • Company car & fuel card, • In-house academy with best-in-class training and support, • Clear career development opportunities, • Incentive programmes, including retailer discount schemes, • Health, wellbeing and financial guidance support, • Partnership Transparent, collaborative and focused on shared success, • Return Driving activity that delivers a positive ROI, • Ownership Accountable, purposeful and proactive, • Upstanding Honest, ethical and professional
