About you We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Administrator with drive, initiative and confidence. Reporting to the Stronger Communities (Business) Manager you will provide effective administration support to the Stronger Communities delivery programme across North Northamptonshire. This is a role which will require you to work with directorates throughout the Council and beyond, including community groups and organisations, and voluntary sector partners. As the successful candidate, you will bring: • excellent administrative and organisational skills, • experience of working without supervision and under pressure, • outstanding communication skills, both written and oral The team are based in Kettering working from Sheerness House.
