Marketing Coordinator Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (10.5 months – Maternity Cover) Start Date: End of June Working Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Work Location: Onsite Job Purpose Working closely with the Regional Director and aligned to the wider marketing strategy, this role is responsible for coordinating a broad range of marketing activities across the international markets. The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, delivery, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns. This role requires a highly organised and creative individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively, and contribute to strengthening brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination - Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and online advertising. Content Development - Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for use across websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials. Social Media Management - Oversee day-to-day social media activity, including content scheduling, posting, and performance monitoring. Event Support - Assist in the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions, and trade shows, including logistics and promotion. Performance Reporting - Compile and analyse marketing data, including campaign results, website analytics, and sales trends, to support reporting and decision-making. Marketing Administration - Maintain marketing databases, manage campaign assets, track budgets, and oversee promotional material inventory. Regional Coordination - Act as the key contact for adapting centrally developed marketing materials. General Support - Provide additional administrative and operational support as required. Person Specification Essential Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a marketing coordination or assistant role Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as SharePoint or OneDrive Experience managing social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Desirable Skills Understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics Experience producing marketing and sales reports Exposure to brand development and campaign execution Experience supporting events, meetings, or conferences Ability to write original marketing copy across digital and print channels Understanding and consistent application of brand guidelines Experience supporting internal communications initiatives Additional Information This role is offered as a 10.5-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover, with an expected start date at the end of June.
