What You’ll Be Doing: • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a small team of 8+ customer service stars., • Being the go-to person for your team and a key escalation point., • Ensuring service is smooth, efficient, and professional across all customer touchpoints., • Building strong relationships across departments and with external partners., • Driving continuous improvement projects to make work smarter, not harder., • Holding team huddles, giving feedback, and supporting development.
