About the role In this role, you will support the CFO and senior leadership team in ensuring the Service operates as a high‑performing, effective and efficient organisation. This includes making sure they are where they need to be, are fully prepared for meetings, and managing key stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. You will work directly with the CFO, where a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity will be required. You will also have experience managing or supporting a team, contributing to setting targets, monitoring progress and ensuring work is delivered effectively. You will have a proven ability to research and analyse complex information to produce clear and accurate reports and documentation. Strong written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to produce high‑quality minutes, correspondence and papers for a range of audiences, supported by a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
