One of our inclusive primary schools in the Seacroft area is looking for dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistants who believe in giving every child the chance to learn, make mistakes, and flourish. About the Role This is a dual-role position supporting children: • In the classroom, helping to deliver engaging learning experiences, • Provide high-quality support within the classroom, • Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils with additional needs, • Build positive, nurturing relationships with pupils, • Promote resilience, independence, and a love of learning, • Help create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment, • Nurturing, patient, and passionate about inclusive education, • Interested in developing skills in SEND support, • Confident working with a range of needs, including Autism, communication differences, or SEMH, • Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team, • Committed to helping all children feel safe, valued, and capable, • Calm, consistent, and able to support children in a positive, encouraging wayWhat We Offer, • A caring, inclusive school culture, • Supportive colleagues and leadership, • Opportunities for training and development, particularly in SEN Apply today and help us continue to grow together as a community.
