Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and deliver PPM schedules, small planned works, and reactive maintenance across commercial contracts., • Plan, coordinate, and deliver minor works projects (fabric, M&E, or compliance-related) within agreed timeframes and budgets., • Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met., • Act as the first point of escalation for urgent maintenance issues, ensuring effective and timely resolution., • Manage maintenance budgets, report on expenditure, and identify opportunities for savings., • Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements, industry regulations, and health & safety legislation., • Produce accurate operational and financial reports for senior management and clients., • Drive continuous improvement and best practice in maintenance operations., • Proven experience managing reactive maintenance, PPM, and small works projects in commercial property or facilities management., • Strong technical knowledge of compliance frameworks, building services, and health & safety regulations., • Excellent subcontractor and supplier management skills., • Experience in budget control and delivering projects within cost and time constraints., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively under pressure., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders., • Proficient in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
