About the Role: • As an Architectural Technician, you will support project delivery from early design development through to on-site execution. Your role will be hands-on and varied, including:, • Producing detailed design and technical drawing packages in AutoCAD, • Preparing planning, building regulation and construction documents, • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning protocols and CDM/H&S requirements, • Undertaking site inspections, liaising with contractors, and resolving technical queries, • Supporting senior staff across multiple RIBA stages from feasibility through to completion, • We're looking for a technically strong, proactive professional who enjoys full project involvement. Ideally, you will bring:, • Proven UK experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist (approx. 8+ years), • Advanced AutoCAD skills plus competency in 3D modelling/presentation tools (SketchUp, Adobe Suite etc.), • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and CDM regulations, • Confidence in site visits, contractor coordination and solving technical issues, • Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail, • Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Construction (HNC/HND/Degree), • CIAT membership or eligibility (desired), • Be part of a friendly, supportive start-up team where your voice is heard, • Work on unique equestrian developments alongside commercial and bespoke residential schemes, • Enjoy real project ownership, autonomy and variety
