We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Project Manager with a strong background in delivering Oracle Financials, specifically Accounts Payable (AP), within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation and support of Oracle financial systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead full lifecycle delivery of Oracle EBS Financials projects, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP), • Manage project planning, execution, governance, and delivery within scope, time, and budget, • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define financial requirements, • Drive solution design workshops across Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL), • Oversee system implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements in Oracle EBS, • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors, • Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards, • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, • Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership, • Support post-go-live activities, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience • 8–12+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), • Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering Oracle Financials projects, • Strong hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and implementations, • Good understanding of Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management), • Experience in managing large-scale, global Oracle implementations or transformations, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), • Familiarity with financial compliance standards and controls Preferred Qualifications • Oracle certifications in Financials or EBS, • PMP / PRINCE2 certification, • Experience in shared services or global finance transformation programs, • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus
